Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MopLedger processes information when companies use the janitorial ERP service.

Information we process

We process account details, company records, client and location records, schedules, work records, GPS coordinates submitted at check-in and completion, photos, documents, supply and equipment records, invoices, payments recorded by users, expenses, device and security logs, and support messages.

Why we process it

We use this information to provide the service, authenticate users, enforce permissions, verify work records, calculate reports, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, bill subscriptions, and meet legal obligations.

Location information

MopLedger requests device location only when a user starts or completes a shift. The service stores coordinates, reported accuracy, timestamp, and calculated distance from the assigned building. MopLedger does not provide continuous background location tracking.

Service providers

Stripe processes MopLedger subscription payments. Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers may process information needed to operate the service. Their use is governed by their own terms and our agreements with them.

Retention and control

Company owners control business records entered by their users. Records are retained while a workspace is active and as reasonably needed for security, disputes, legal compliance, and backup rotation. Contact support to request export or deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.

Security

MopLedger uses encrypted HTTPS transport, password hashing, tenant separation, role permissions, private file storage, request forgery protection, login throttling, Stripe signature checks, and audit logs. No system can promise absolute security.
