Terms of Service

These terms govern access to MopLedger. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to them.

Service

MopLedger provides janitorial operations and financial management tools. Features include business records, scheduling, GPS-submitted work evidence, purchasing records, invoices, expenses, and reporting. MopLedger does not provide accounting, tax, payroll filing, employment, or legal advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for account security, lawful employee notice and consent, accurate location setup, user permissions, records entered by your team, data exports you require, and compliance with employment, privacy, tax, and recordkeeping laws.

GPS evidence

A verified location record shows that a device submitted coordinates within the configured area at a particular time. It does not independently prove identity, work quality, or every physical action. You must use reasonable management and inspection practices.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe. Plan limits apply to active users and active locations. You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless Stripe or law requires otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use MopLedger to break laws, mislead clients or employees, stalk people, upload malicious files, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, or process information you do not have authority to use.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, MopLedger is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, employment decisions, missed service, or decisions based solely on a GPS or report record. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend access for nonpayment, security threats, illegal use, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and cancel billing at any time.
